Timeshare Sale

No matter what industry you’re in, everyone is feeling the effects of the current recession in almost every area of finance, be it your savings, debt or business. And with people everywhere struggling to simply get by, no stone has been left unturned looking for ways to reduce financial burden.

One avenue people are resorting to now is timeshare sale and rent timeshare strategies. It’s no secret to anyone that companies selling timeshare properties often dupe unsuspecting, hardworking people into purchasing a timeshare that ends up costing twice the initial cost with all of those never-ending fees racking up. Many are now looking to sell timeshares themselves.

So how do you go about it in a time where everyone else’s budget is just as tight as your own? Many timeshare owners are now looking to get into the timeshare resale business as a way of escaping the perpetual timeshare maintenance fees and random charges for things like hurricanes hitting or fellow timeshare owners not paying. Once the consumer gets out into the selling timeshares arena, they realize that it’s significantly more treacherous than first suspected.

If you type in “timeshare scam” into any search engine on the internet, you will undoubtedly be viewing thousands of links to articles from state attorney generals, complaint boards and news reporters warning would-be consumers to run the opposite direction. Almost every one of these companies will offer immediate buyers already interested in your property, guaranteed return on your investment and slews of other promises with only one catch; give your credit card information to me right now.

In a timeshare resale market so over-impacted, how can they guarantee to make you money when you can’t even sell your timeshare on Craigslist for a dollar? They can’t, and as soon as you hand over your credit card information to them before they even do a thing, you will never hear from them again, much like the thousands of other timeshare sale victims filling up the complaint boards.

Timeshare Relief is not a resale company. In fact, they are a timeshare transfer company that will not tell you they can transfer your timeshare until it has been solidified. They never ask for upfront fees and have sold over 52,000 timeshares which they can prove, unlike many other companies. Timeshare Relief will ask you a few basic questions about your timeshare and based on that information, look for companies to transfer to on your behalf. Then come back to you with the deal and relief you’ve been looking for ever since you first typed in, “sell my timeshare.”

Thank you for this information, I’ve been searching on the web all day and all I have found are loads of timeshare reselling sites that act like they have a buyer for me when it seems like a lie.

My husband and I were planning to invest in a timeshare, but after reading this article it doesn’t seem like it’ll make any money.
